Huge thank you to Schark Heating and Cooling. Last Friday our furnace wasnt as hot as it should be. David stopped by and put a bandage on it because it was 33 years old and needed to be replaced. Thought it was going to be 3 or 4 weeks it get the new one installed. He called yesterday and had his crew come today because he was worried that it would not make it. They normally dont work Saturdays. They were so nice and professional. So relieved we dont have to worry with the current cold snap and the holidays. So relieved. We highly recommend themthey care.

The installation techs were very pleasant/courteous/professional. Entire job done in 4 hours. Kind enough to let me know of issues with my roof, that they noticed when installing new chimney. When we had after installation warranty related questions/confusion, Dave (owner/manager, I think) came to our home personally to clarify and answer our questions. We are very happy with Schark, and will certainly use them again and will refer them to others.

We have had an excellent repairman, Scott, for our aging MonCrief furnace. Probably has extended it's life for many years!

Recently we had to have our furnace and air conditioner replaced. We chose Shark Heating and Cooling . That proved to be a good decision. The furnace and air conditioner were first rate and American made by the Amana Corporation an old Michigan Company. I also have to comment on the job replacing these two items. The two technicians, Dave and Andy, that preformed the installation were extremely qualified and friendly which in our opinion is indicative of a first rate company. We have needed several repairs to our heating and air conditioning systems (our house is 35 years old). Someone in our neighborhood recommended Schark.
